Mansfield Shawshank Redemption Anniversary
This year marks the 25th anniversary of The Shawshank Redemption, the beloved 1994 film that was shot almost entirely in and around Mansfield, Ohio. Our REALTORS® are very excited to welcome the anniversary celebration to Mansfield on August 16-18, not only because it's one of our favorite movies of all time, but also because it gives us a chance to revisit some of our favorite Mansfield landmarks that appeared in the film!

Celebrate 25 Years of The Shawshank Redemption

The Shawshank Redemption 25th Anniversary Weekend takes place in Mansfield August 16-18, 2019. Tickets are on sale now, providing an immersive experience that includes touring the filming sites and getting to meet some of the cast and filmmakers. Events include:

A screening of the Shawshank Redemption at the Renaissance Theatre, where the movie originally premiered in 1994.
Exclusive Shawshank Reception and Actor Autograph Session at the Ohio State Reformatory, the historic prison that stood in for Shawshank in the film.
Background Actors Panel, featuring extras and background actors who have fascinating stories to tell about the film.
Shawshank Authors Panel and Production Panel, featuring unique insights from the writers and production team behind the movie.
