My Richland County experience began when I was born here in Mansfield but spent my childhood and high school years up near Akron. Upon graduation from Rio Grande University with a degree in Accounting, I came back to the area working at Tappan and have been here ever since (except for a brief stint in that state up north!). My wife Valeri is a lifelong resident graduating from Madison and recently retired from the schools where she served the children as a speech pathologist. We have two kids, Anna and Jacob, and two grandchildren.

I received my MBA from Ashland University and after obtaining my CPA license soon after, I have spent most of my career in business / IT consulting with the privilege of owning a couple firms here in the area. I have spent the last 15 years with the Area Agency on Aging in a CFO position and recently retired from there and started my NEW career in Real Estate here at Haring Realty.

You may be thinking why real estate and why now? First, I am fully invested in our community. I have served on multiple boards such as Richland Pregnancy Services and Ontario Youth Sports. I have coached multiple sports in all ages including Ontario High School soccer and Mansfield Christian Middle School and High School basketball. Currently, I am serving as Treasurer for the City of Ontario after serving a term on Ontario City Council. Second, working for the Area Agency on Aging has given me a passion for the needs of our elderly community and their housing needs. So what better way to assist them than working in the real estate industry.

Peter Haring and I have been friends for a long time and God divinely brought us together again in the early part of 2022. As we caught up on what each of us had been doing, it became clear to me that joining Haring Realty was for me. No better place for me to serve the community than here at a place that values honesty and integrity and serves the people of our area with humility.
